The store lists products offered by independent businesses (the "sellers") that use Rudra Technology's digital card and e-commerce platform. We provide the website and the tools; each seller is responsible for its own products, prices, delivery and after-sales service.

  • Account details: your name, mobile number, email address and password (stored in encrypted form) when you register or log in.
  • Order details: products ordered, quantity, price, shipping and delivery address, and order status.
  • Enquiries: your name, phone number and message when you contact a seller through the Enquire / WhatsApp buttons or a quote form.
  • Payment information: online payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). Your card, UPI or net-banking details are entered on the payment partner's secure page. We do not see or store them; we only receive the payment status and reference number.
  • Technical data: browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and server logs.

3. How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account and show your cart and order history.
  • To process, deliver and support your orders, including payment confirmation, invoices and refunds.
  • To pass your enquiry or order to the seller concerned so they can respond.
  • To send order updates and service messages by SMS, email or WhatsApp.
  • To keep the store secure, prevent fraud and fix technical problems.
  • To improve the store, its design and its product listings.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed:

  • With the seller whose product you enquire about or order, so they can contact you and fulfil the order.
  • With service providers such as payment gateways, delivery partners and messaging services, only for the purpose of serving you.

5. WhatsApp and messages

When you tap a WhatsApp button, a chat opens with the seller using your own WhatsApp account. What you write there is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. If you place an order, we may send you order updates on WhatsApp, SMS or email on the number and address you gave us. You can ask us to stop non-essential messages at any time.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and understand how the store is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store (login, cart and checkout) may not work without them.

7. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted passwords and secure (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
